After the successful year of Tech launches, Apple is getting ready for the future. This big Tech gaint is currently busy working on Apple VR Headset, which has been rumoured for years.

As per the insider’s reports AR headset likely to be launched in 2023. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple recently hired a new employees and confirmed that the company’s AMR(Augmented Reality)-MR(Mixed Reality) headset project is active, including a senior Apple engineer who retired in early 2021 joined again.

Apple VR Headset Price

The approximate price could be around $2,000 to $3,000 because it be high end device. According to the rumour, the Apple AR/VR headset will reportedly have over 10 cameras, both inside and outside the device, and run on a Mac-level M2 CPU.

According to an Apple Insider report, Apple may be working on three devices, including a second-generation version of the Apple Reality Pro and Apple Glass.

The headset will have whole new operating system called RealityOS with Apple’s highest-resolution display feature.

Apps like Messages, FaceTime, and Maps will have mixed-reality variations under this new operating system. The initial release of the operating system, known as Oak, is already wrapped up by Apple.

Jobs For Apple VR headset Production

According to the report, Apple has also made a considerable number of job advertising for the group responsible for headset development, the Technology Development Group.

The tech giant apparently intended to begin mass producing its AR-MR headsets in March of the following year. The headset’s mass manufacturing would likely begin in March 2023, and it might be unveiled the following month.

A rumour in 9to5mac claims that Apple will probably reveal its eagerly anticipated mixed-reality headgear in some form in 2023. Given the cost of Apple products, it shouldn’t be surprising that the headgear will be more expensive.

According to rumours, the initial release of Apple’s AR/VR headset will target professionals and developers rather than consumers.
