VIVO X FOLD 2 WILL INCLUDE A 2K SCREEN AND A SNAPDRAGON 8 GEN 2

Vivo introduced the Vivo X Fold folding smartphone earlier this year with a number of high-end specifications. Nothing in the X Fold’s specifications or hardware design is lacking. In April 2022, it was introduced with the color options Blue And Black.

The X Fold included a quad camera system that included a 50MP wide-Angle main camera, two double telephoto lenses with an 8MP optical zoom and a 12MP 2x zoom, and an ultra-wide lens. It also had a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and 12GB of RAM. A 16MP selfie camera and a 16MP camera on the cover screen are visible from the front.

Additionally, the X Fold has an 8.03′′ inside display and a 6.53′′ front display when opened. The two displays each include an AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, along with a 4600mAh battery, a 66W fast wired charger, and a 50W wireless charger.

Viv0 introduced a second foldable phone unexpectedly in 2023, Five months after the original edition, while users waited for the next iteration. It appears like Viv0 introduced the Vivo X Fold+ to take against the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4. A month after the Fold 4’s release, in September, a Chinese business unveiled the X Fold Plus.

Instead of launching X FOLD+, Vivo released X FOLD 2

Over its predecessor, the X Fold+ included a few minor improvements. A 4730mAh battery, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, 80W fast charging, and an additional Red colour were included. All other things stayed the same aside from them.

Next year will see the official release of the X Fold 2, and we already have some of the device’s rumoured specifications on hand.

According to rumours, the X Fold 2 will feature the most recent and energy-efficient Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Additionally, a Sony IMX866 camera lens will be included. It will also have a 2K screen and be lighter than earlier models, among other things.

Along with this, Viv0 will also introduce the Vivo X Flip, a flip phone. The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC in the X Flip will enable it to compete with the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and the Oppo Find N2 Flip.

THE VIVO X FOLD 2’S LAUNCH DATE

The Vivo X Fold 2 and the Vivo X Flip will be released by Vivo in the first half of 2023. Given that the X Fold was introduced in April, this should go place in April.
